Anti-Doping Appeal Pannel
NADC Appeal Anti-Doping Pannel (Appeal Pannel, AP) is an independent appeal body established to provide an impartial and comprehensive review of anti-doping rule violations by Athletes and other persons appealing decisions of the NADC Hearing Pannel (HP).
The NADC Nomination Committee approved the composition of the AP on 24 October following an open competitive selection process. The AP brings together a strong, impartial and well-coordinated team of lawyers, solicitors and doctors with professional expertise in establishing justice and ethical standards in the sporting environment and consists of six people - the Chairman and five other independent members:

The AP`s activities are regulated by the relevant Rules of Procedure.
It should be noted that decisions made by the AP may be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
