Nomination Committee
The Nomination Committee of the National Anti-Doping Center was established in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Anti-Doping Activities in Sport" dated January 26, 2022, No. 2011-IX to form the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Commission and the Appeals Anti-Doping Commission, as well as to appoint members of these commissions.
The Nomination Committee is impartial and independent from any third parties in performing its tasks and making decisions.
Members of the Nomination Committee do not interfere in the operational activities of the National Anti-Doping Center.
The personnel composition of the Nomination Committee was approved at the regular meeting of the Supervisory Board on July 11, 2023, and includes:
Valeriy Zhaldak - Chairman of the Nomination Committee, delegated by the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.
Vasyl Mokan - Deputy Chairman of the Nomination Committee, delegated by the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, responsible for issues related to physical culture and sports.
Yelyzaveta Panko - Secretary of the Nomination Committee, delegated by the central executive body responsible for shaping and implementing state policy in the field of physical culture and sports.
Vitaliy Vlasiuk - Member of the Nomination Committee, delegated by the National Committee of Sports for Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine.
Yuriy Yurchenko - Member of the Nomination Committee, delegated by the Sports Committee of Ukraine.
The organizational and legal principles of the Nomination Committee's activities of the National Anti-Doping Center are regulated by the Regulation on the Nomination Committee.
