Anti-Doping Hearing Pannel
The Anti-Doping Hearing Pannel (Hearing Pannel, HP) is an independent disciplinary body established to provide impartial and comprehensive hearings of cases of ADRVs commited by Athletes and other persons appealing decisions of the National Anti-Doping Centre (NADC).
The personal composition of the Hearing Pannel was approved by the NADC Nominating Committee based on the results of an open competitive selection on 28 September 2023. The HP represents a strong, impartial, and well-coordinated team of lawyers, advocates and doctors with professional expertise in establishing fairness and ethical standards in the sports environment and consists of six people - the Chairman and five other independent members:

The HP's activities are regulated by the relevant Rules of Procedure.
It should be noted that decisions of the NADC HP may be appealed to the NADC Anti-Doping Appeal Pannel or to the Court of Arbitration of Sport.
