On 16 August, specialists from the National Anti-Doping Center (NADC) held an anti-doping education seminar for the athletes and coaching staff of FC Ladomyr (Volodymyr).

During the seminar, participants deepened their knowledge of anti-doping rules, athletes’ rights and responsibilities, the principle of strict liability, and the main stages of the doping control process.

Particular attention was paid to the safe use of medicines and dietary supplements, checking medications for prohibited substances, and preventing unintentional anti-doping rule violations.

Participants also had the opportunity to ask NADC specialists questions and discuss practical situations that may arise during an athlete’s career.

NADC continues its systematic work with sports clubs and teams, as anti-doping education helps athletes make informed decisions, protect their careers, and uphold the principles of fair play.
