The National Anti-Doping Center has undergone leadership changes — Valerii Zlomynoha has been appointed as the new Head of the institution.

At the same time, the Center’s team expresses its sincere gratitude to Serhii Popyk for his tenure, professional leadership, and contribution to the development of the anti-doping system in Ukraine.

The change in leadership is part of the institution’s ongoing development and does not affect the continuity of its operations. NADC remains fully committed to implementing state anti-doping policy, adhering to international standards, and ensuring compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code.

The Center’s team continues its systematic work to advance the anti-doping system in Ukraine — including educational initiatives, the organization of doping control, and cooperation with national and international partners.

What remains unchanged is our core mission: to protect clean sport and promote a culture of integrity within the sporting community.
