Training that Saves Lives: First Aid Workshop “Stop the Bleed” Held at the NADC
On November 3, the National Anti-Doping Center hosted a practical first aid training session titled “Stop the Bleed”, conducted by the team from the Ukrainian School of Rescue.
In today’s realities, it is important not only to be a professional in your field but also to be able to act quickly and confidently in critical situations. That’s why NADC staff took part in the training aimed at teaching everyone how to respond properly when there is a threat to life caused by bleeding.
Participants learned the algorithm of actions for different types of bleeding, practiced using tourniquets and pressure bandages, and honed their practical skills through realistic scenarios.
Such trainings help build a culture of first aid, improve readiness to act in emergencies, and most importantly — give people the ability to save lives.
We sincerely thank the instructors of the Ukrainian School of Rescue for their professionalism, experience, and important mission — teaching others to save lives.
Knowledge that saves lives — our shared strength!
