Ambassadors of Clean Sport: How NADC is Changing the Game
On December 18, at the Olympic Training Center "Koncha-Zaspa," the National Anti-Doping Center unveiled its new informational and educational project, Ambassadors of Clean Sport.
The project involves 15 of Ukraine’s top athletes, who are highly respected within the sports community, maintain excellent anti-doping reputations, and actively uphold the principles of fair play.
The Ambassadors include Yaroslava Mahuchikh, Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk, Anastasia Kozhenkova, Yuliia Levchenko, Oleksii Sereda, Iryna Herashchenko, Artur Felfner, Marina and Vlada Aleksiyeva, Alina Hrushyna-Akobiya, Mykhailo Romanchuk, Oksana Livach, Ana Maria Dancha, Taisiya Onofriichuk and Yuliia Bakastova.
These Ambassadors will participate in NADC’s educational initiatives, spreading the values of ethical sports among young athletes and showcasing through their own achievements that it is possible to win honestly and without prohibited substances.
“NADC consistently stands for fair competition. We work closely with athletes, the leaders of Ukrainian sports, to remind everyone that a victory earned honestly is the only one that truly matters. Clean sport is not just about following the rules; it’s a way of life. We are proud of our Ambassadors, whose bright examples and unforgettable triumphs inspire the current and future generations of Ukrainian athletes,” said NADC Director Serhii Popyk while presenting the Ambassadors of Clean Sport.
The Ambassadors of Clean Sport project was launched as part of the National Athletes’ Forum, a key event organized by the Athletes’ Commission of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine. The forum is a platform for Ukraine’s sports community, including leading athletes, coaches, managers, and sports specialists.
