On May 14, the National Anti-Doping Center  Director Sergii Popyk, and the head of the State Enterprise "Arena Lviv" Dmytro Sabatovych, signed a Cooperation Agreement in the field of anti-doping.

The agreement envisages cooperation between the parties in promoting clean sports, including the organization of joint informational and educational anti-doping events, the development and improvement of proper infrastructure and conditions for the work of doping control officers, and the conduct of sample collection at the sports facility.

"Arena Lviv" is the first sports infrastructure facility in the western part of our country to partner us in implementing the national anti-doping program. We are particularly pleased that our colleagues from Lviv are interested in cooperating with NADC and are ready to contribute to the promotion of clean sports, to create conditions necessary for the effective operation of the center, its staff, and doping officers," said S. Popyk following the signing of the document.

The implementation of the Agreement also involves the exchange of information on anti-doping activities to ensure prevention of doping in sport.
