Final Session: Joint Work on the Clean Sport Strategy Enters the Home Stretch
On November 19, the final, second strategic session within the development of the National Clean Sport Strategy until 2030 took place. A team of experts, representatives of government bodies, sports institutions, and the educational and scientific sectors gathered to align the key provisions of the future document and finalize its structure.
During the session, participants worked through strategic directions, outlined expected outcomes, and agreed on implementation mechanisms. Thanks to broad cross-sector involvement, the document gains coherence, practicality, and real applicability across all levels of the sports system.
“We are witnessing how the idea of clean sport is becoming a clear action plan. This is the result of teamwork, professionalism, and the responsibility of everyone involved. I thank each partner for their contribution to creating this important document for our country,” noted Sergii Popyk, Director of the National Anti-Doping Center.
The National Anti-Doping Center extends its gratitude to all participants — government institutions, sports federations, educational establishments, civil society organizations, and international partners — for their engagement, expertise, and genuine commitment to advancing clean sport in Ukraine.
The development of the Strategy is supported by Global Affairs Canada and Alinea International within the Recovery for All (RFA) project, with the assistance of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
Clean sport is our shared responsibility — and our shared strength.
