On May 19, an official meeting took place between representatives of the National Anti-Doping Center and representatives of the Italian National Anti-Doping Organization, as well as governmental institutions of the Italian Republic.

The meeting became an important step toward strengthening professional dialogue, exchanging experience, and developing international cooperation in the field of anti-doping. During the meeting, the parties presented the key achievements of their organizations, shared best practices in implementing anti-doping policies, and discussed prospects for further cooperation.

Special attention was paid to anti-doping education, the promotion of clean sport, and the implementation of effective international cooperation mechanisms.

The meeting was held within the framework of the Joint Action Plan between the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the Department for Sport and the Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic in the field of youth policy and sport for 2026–2027.

Head of the National Anti-Doping Center Valerii Zlomynoha emphasized: “International partnership and the opportunity to learn from colleagues with strong anti-doping systems are extremely valuable to us. Such meetings are not only about cooperation, but also about shared responsibility for the future of clean sport.”

The NADC continues to strengthen international cooperation in order to promote the culture of clean sport and implement the world’s best practices in Ukraine.
