On August 12, our clean sport ambassador — the legendary world vice-champion in high diving, Oleksii Sereda — visited the National Anti-Doping Center’s office.

The meeting was filled with warm words of support and mutual inspiration. NADC Director, Serhii Popyk, presented Oleksii with the honorary “Clean Sport Ambassador” award, symbolizing dedication to the principles of fair play and the fight against doping.

"For me, being a clean athlete is not just a rule, it’s a lifestyle. I believe that only fair competition brings true joy from victory and respect from colleagues and fans. I thank NADC for the support and for moving together in one direction — towards sport without compromises," Oleksii Sereda stated.

"Oleksii is not just a world-renowned champion. He is the voice of clean sport in Ukraine and beyond. His example inspires thousands of young athletes to believe in the power of a clean victory. It is athletes like him who shape a doping-free future where honesty is above all," emphasized NADC Director Sergii Popyk.

During the meeting, Oleksii also shared his plans for upcoming competitions, impressions of his training, and stressed the importance of educating youth about the dangers of doping.

In closing, Oleksii left inspiring words for young athletes:

"Don’t look for easy paths — win honestly, work on yourself, and be an example for others," the ambassador emphasized.
