On November 10, the National Anti-Doping Center held an internal training session on “How the NADC quality management system works.” The event was conducted by quality management systemcoordinator Yevgeniy Konovalenko.

The purpose of the training was to refresh employees' knowledge of the principles, structure, andkey elements of the quality management system, as well as to remind them how each employeecontributes to maintaining its effectiveness on a daily basis.

The training took place on the eve of World Quality Day, so the topic of the meeting wasparticularly symbolic. After all, it is knowledge and understanding of the quality managementsystem that helps the NADC team ensure high professionalism in all areas of activity — fromtesting athletes to education and investigations.

Director of the NADC Sergii Popyk emphasized: “We don't just talk about quality — we create it. Such training helps us better understand how each of us can do our job better.”
