The National Anti-Doping Center took part in the 2025 All-Ukrainian Athletes’ Forum — a nationwide platform for discussing key issues related to sports development, the protection of athletes’ rights, and the creation of a safe sporting environment.

Within the framework of the forum, the Director of NADC participated in a number of discussions focused on athletes’ well-being, ethical standards in sport, psychological safety, the responsibility of sports institutions, and the development of a culture of trust. Particular attention was paid to a human-centered approach, under which the athlete is placed at the core of the entire sports system.

A key highlight of the forum was the discussion session “Safe Sport: The Human Above All”, which addressed mechanisms for creating an environment where athletes’ safety, rights, and dignity are an unconditional priority. NADC consistently upholds the position that an athlete is not merely a tool for achieving results, but a value that requires protection and support.

With this goal in mind, the National Anti-Doping Center developed the Athlete’s Guide, which was presented during the forum. The Guide is intended to serve as a practical tool for athletes, helping them navigate anti-doping rules, as well as their rights and responsibilities, and contributing to the development of a culture of responsible and clean sport.

In addition, NADC presented its updated information and educational materials aimed at raising awareness within the sports community about the principles of clean sport, preventing violations of athletes’ rights, and fostering a transparent and safe sports system.

Participation in the 2025 All-Ukrainian Athletes’ Forum once again confirmed NADC’s consistent position on implementing a human-centered approach, continuous educational efforts, and open dialogue with the sports community.
