NADC Statistics: Summary Data on Anti-Doping Rule Violations Based on the Results of 2025
Within the NADC Statistics section, the National Anti-Doping Center publishes summary data on anti-doping rule violations based on the results of 2025.
During the reporting period, 41 anti-doping rule violations were identified, of which 35 were related to the presence of prohibited substances, 4 to evasion of doping control, and 2 to failures to comply with whereabouts information requirements.
In 2025, particular attention was paid to compliance with athletes’ whereabouts requirements. In total, 78 cases of failure to submit whereabouts information were recorded, including 57 cases involving athletes included in the Registered Testing Pool and 21 cases involving athletes in the Testing Pool.
As a result of case reviews conducted throughout the year, 35 decisions were issued in cases of anti-doping rule violations. To this end, 14 meetings of the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Commission and the Appeal Anti-Doping Commission were held.
In order to reduce the number of anti-doping rule violations, the NADC encourages athletes, coaches, and athlete support personnel to participate in the NADC educational webinars in 2026, which were announced earlier. Information about upcoming educational events is published on the official NADC website and the Center’s social media channels — stay tuned for updates.
Raising awareness of anti-doping requirements is one of the key tools for preventing violations and fostering a culture of clean sport.
