NADC Supervisory Board Held Its Tenth Meeting and Defined Key Development Priorities

25 November 2025

On November 25, the tenth meeting of the Supervisory Board of the National Anti-Doping Center took place at the Kyiv National University of Physical Education and Sport.

During the meeting, members reviewed strategic issues of the institution's operations, the status of key program implementation, plans for NADC’s digital and staffing modernization, as well as measures to enhance the professional training of personnel.

Natalia Radchuk, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and European Integration of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, was elected as the new Chair of the Supervisory Board.

“I want to emphasize: despite the challenges of wartime, the Center has not only maintained its capacity — it has significantly strengthened it. This is the result of the team’s dedication and an important signal to our international partners: Ukraine remains firmly committed to zero tolerance for doping. It is an honor to serve on the NADC Supervisory Board,” noted N. Radchuk.

The meeting also included a comprehensive report on NADC’s activities over the past year. Achievements were highlighted in the areas of testing, results management, investigations, education, digitalization, and internal administration.

“Our main task is to ensure trust in the anti-doping control system and to build a modern, digital, transparent institution. We continue to improve processes, enhance staff competence, and implement technologies that meet global standards,” stated Sergii Popyk, Director of the National Anti-Doping Center.

The next meeting of the Supervisory Board is scheduled for early 2026.

Together, we are building a sports environment where trust comes first.
