On May 27, the National Anti-Doping Center and the Polish Anti-Doping Agency held a joint workshop on result management and investigating violations of anti-doping rules.

During the educational event, discussions revolved around the hearing of cases related to athletes' biological passports and discovered cases of using prohibited substance, experience of substantial assistance agreements conclusion, and protection of confidential information.

"POLADA has the necessary experience and qualified experts in investigation and of anti-doping rule violations result management. We are grateful to the Ukrainian NADO for their trust and are ready to share our best practices and knowledge," said Michal Rynkowski, director of the Polish NADO, opening the training.

Specifically, the use of investigation results in result management procedures was discussed, particularly in cases involving minor athletes.

"We highly appreciate our Polish colleagues' readiness to exchange thoughts and experience on such an important aspect of anti-doping work as result management and investigation. We have an effective team that demonstrates good results in this area of activity. However, additional training and continuous professional development will only enhance the institutional capacity of NADC and the qualifications of our personnel. We are grateful to POLADA and personally to Director M. Rynkowski for meaningful cooperation and hope for further joint work," emphasized NADC director Sergiy Popyk.

It was agreed to hold other joint events with Polish partners to strengthen the cooperation between NADC and POLADA, necessary to ensure the effective anti-doping work.
