Football and Integrity: NADC and the All-Ukrainian Association of Professional Football Players Sign Agreement and Launch Educational Activities for Female Athletes
On July 15, the National Anti-Doping Center (NADC) and the All-Ukrainian Association of Professional Football Players (AUAPFP) officially announced the start of their cooperation by signing an agreement focused on joint efforts in education, doping prevention, and the protection of athletes’ rights.
The first step in this new collaboration was a specialized anti-doping webinar for female footballers with free agent status, who are currently participating in the 2025 training camp. The participants received up-to-date information about prohibited substances, doping control procedures, the principle of strict liability, and the necessary protocols to follow to avoid violations.
“We are responsible not only for control but also for education. The value of such initiatives lies in empowering athletes with knowledge and the confidence to act correctly. We are pleased to partner with the AAPFP and believe that together we can strengthen the culture of fair play in Ukrainian football,” – emphasized Sergii Popyk, Director of the NADC.
