From children to Olympians: results of the #CompeteFair information campaign for Play True Day
Fair play is a daily choice that builds trust in sport and enhances the value of every result.
The National Anti-Doping Center has summarized the results of the #CompeteFair and #PlayTrueChallenge campaigns held on social media in celebration of Play True Day. The initiative brought together a wide sporting community and all those who support the principles of clean sport.
The campaign recorded more than 100 participants and over 140,000 views and interactions across social media platforms. Participants shared photos and videos from training sessions, warm-ups, physical activities, and dance routines, demonstrating their support for fair play in sport.
The campaign engaged both adults and children, professional and amateur athletes, representatives of public authorities, national sports organizations, and the broader sporting community. Among the participants were the Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Matvii Bidnyi, President of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine Vadym Gutzait, Head of the Mass Sports Agency Andrii Rebryna, Olympic champion Zhan Beleniuk, as well as athletes Oleksii Sereda, Viktoriia Onopriienko, Yevhenii Bohoiadko, and the Merkushyna sisters. Sergii Popyk also joined the initiative.
An important role in the implementation and promotion of the campaign was played by the informational support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine, and the Mass Sports Agency, which significantly expanded the audience and strengthened the messaging on clean sport.
The NADC expresses its gratitude to all participants and partners for their commitment to the values of fair sport.
The campaign was dedicated to World Play True Day and became another step toward strengthening a culture of clean sport in Ukraine.
