On April 18, NADC Director Sergii Popyk and President of the Rugby Federation of Ukraine Yevhen Bazhenkov signed a Cooperation Agreement in the anti-doping sphere.

The Agreement entails cooperation on preventing violations of anti-doping rules and combating the use of prohibited substances in sports, practical collaboration in promoting clean sport, preparation and implementation of anti-doping education events, and information exchange.

"The National Anti-Doping Center is interested in establishing cooperation with national sports federations. We believe that such cooperation is an important element of anti-doping work and is aimed at developing and promoting clean sport - free from doping, prohibited substances, and prohibited methods. We are grateful to the President of the Rugby Federation of Ukraine Yevhen Bazhenkov and the federation's staff for understanding the importance and priority of anti-doping activities, and for their readiness to cooperate for new achievements and sporting victories in Ukrainian rugby," - noted NADC Director S. Popyk.
