During the meetings with Serhiy Kropyva, Deputy Head of the Odessa Regional State Administration, Oleg Burdeyn, Director of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism of the Odessa Regional State Administration, Mykola Milchev, Head of the NGO "NOC Ukraine Branch in Odesa Region," and Olga Cherkasova, First Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional Organization of the Dynamo Sports Society of Ukraine, the discussions focused on implementing the national anti-doping program in the Odesa region, potential areas of collaboration, and future cooperation prospects.

To initiate systematic anti-doping education and promote anti-doping knowledge in the region, as well as to enhance the local sports infrastructure for hosting official national sports competitions and training camps—particularly by creating convenient conditions for athletes and doping control officers for testing and sample collection—tripartite agreements were signed between the Odesa Regional Organization of the Dynamo Sports Society of Ukraine, the NADC, and the Department of Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism of the Odesa Regional State Administration. Additionally, agreements were signed between the Odesa Regional School of Higher Sports Mastery "Olympian," the NADC, and the Department of Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

"NADC has a clear goal—to promote clean sport across Ukraine's regions. This is why we visit Odesa, hold meetings with government officials, representatives of public sports organizations, the Odesa branch of the NOC of Ukraine, and local athletes. Odesa, with its developed sports infrastructure, well-equipped Olympic training bases, and rich training and competitive life, is ready to contribute to the implementation of our anti-doping program. We have agreed on educational anti-doping events for various target groups and the organization of informational campaigns on doping issues. The agreements signed today underscore our determination in the fight against doping in sport. Our goal is to create conditions where fair competition and fair play become the norm for all athletes. Joint efforts with our partners in Odesa will help us achieve this goal," stated NADC Director Serhiy Popyk.
