The NADC participated in the 71st extraordinary CAHAMA meeting
On 12 June 2026, representatives of the National Anti-Doping Center and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine took part in the 71st extraordinary meeting of the Ad Hoc European Committee for the World Anti-Doping Agency (CAHAMA) of the Council of Europe.

The meeting was held online under the chairmanship of Ms Amandine Carton (France). The key outcome was the adoption of a mandate for the European representative to the WADA Executive Committee, Mr Matviy Bidnyi, for the upcoming meeting scheduled for 16 June 2026.
Participants conducted a detailed review of the final report of the WADA Working Group on the operational independence of NADOs and developed a common European position on its recommendations. CAHAMA adopted a set of recommendations aimed at further strengthening the European anti-doping system and enhancing the effectiveness of national anti-doping programmes.
The participation of the NADC of Ukraine in the CAHAMA meeting continues its active international engagement, following its involvement in the Council of Europe and WADA international conference “Limiting the Availability of Doping Substances in Europe: A Shared Responsibility” (Paris, May 2026).
Participation in CAHAMA forms part of the NADC’s systematic work on shaping European anti-doping policy and protecting Ukraine’s interests at the international level. The NADC will continue to actively contribute to the work of European anti-doping structures, promoting clean sport and safeguarding the health of Ukrainian athletes.
