Clear Tools for Athletes: NADC Presents New Instructions on Submitting Whereabouts Information
The National Anti-Doping Center has developed and published two practical informational materials for athletes included in the Registered Testing Pool (RTP) and Testing Pool (TP), aimed at simplifying the process of submitting whereabouts information.
The new instructions cover key digital tools used by athletes in their daily anti-doping practice:
- Athlete Central Guide — a mobile application for quick and convenient submission of whereabouts information via smartphone. The guide provides step-by-step explanations on how to set up the app, submit data in just a few clicks, and use reminders for important deadlines.
- ADAMS Guide — the official web-based system for submitting whereabouts information. The guide includes structured explanations that help athletes correctly enter data, avoid mistakes, and comply with anti-doping rules.

Both materials were created to make the whereabouts submission process clearer, more accessible, and more convenient for athletes, regardless of their level of experience with ADAMS and Athlete Central systems.
Head of the Testing Department of NADC, Oleksii Vytvytskyi, stated:
“We hope that these instructions will help RTP/TP athletes navigate the whereabouts submission process more easily and reduce the number of technical errors. Our goal is to make this process as clear and predictable as possible for every athlete.”
The Chief Specialist of the Anti-Doping Education and Communications Department, Anastasiia Khomenko, added:
“During the development of these instructions, we were primarily guided by the principles of usability, clarity, and accessibility for athletes. It is important that every athlete can quickly find the necessary information and complete all whereabouts requirements without difficulties.”
