Ukraine Strengthens Trust: 93.3% Compliance with the UNESCO Convention
In 2025, Ukraine participated in the latest round of assessment on the implementation of the International Convention Against Doping in Sport by UNESCO. The evaluation was conducted via the electronic monitoring system ADLogic. According to the results, Ukraine achieved a 93.3% compliance rate with the provisions of the Convention — a clear indicator of significant progress in national anti-doping efforts.
The assessment showed that Ukraine received the highest possible score (5 out of 5) across all key sections of the questionnaire, confirming a high level of implementation of the Convention’s requirements.
“This result reflects the daily, systematic, and responsible work of our Center’s team. We are not only meeting our international obligations — we are building a culture of clean sport in Ukraine. These 93.3% are not the limit, but a motivation to keep moving forward,” emphasized Sergii Popyk, Director of the National Anti-Doping Center.
This achievement highlights the effectiveness of interagency cooperation, the strengthening of institutional capacity in anti-doping, and the high performance of the National Anti-Doping Center as the country’s national anti-doping organization.
The National Anti-Doping Center remains committed to ensuring fair and equal conditions for all athletes and building trust in sport both nationally and internationally.
This high result was achieved thanks to the close cooperation of the National Anti-Doping Center and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. Thank you for your cooperation and support!
