Future EYOF 2025 athletes learn more about clean sport: NADC conducted an educational webinar for Team Ukraine
On July 8, the National Anti-Doping Center held an anti-doping educational webinar for the national team of Ukraine preparing to participate in the 18th Summer European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF 2025).
"Education is the first and most important step toward an honest victory. We want every young athlete to understand not only the rules but also the meaning behind them — why it matters to stay clean, how it influences trust, respect, and personal reputation. True professionalism begins with this awareness," said Mariia Daineko, Head of the Education, Information and Quality Management Department at the NADC.
NADC specialists introduced participants to the key provisions of the World Anti-Doping Code, doping control procedures, the Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) process, and highlighted the risks associated with the use of dietary supplements and medications without proper consultation.
Such educational initiatives are an integral part of preparing Ukrainian athletes for responsible international participation and play a key role in building a culture of integrity and respect for the principles of fair play.
Fair play is your greatest trophy.
