Changes to the Composition of the NADC Athletes’ Council
The National Anti-Doping Center informs about updates to the composition of the NADC Athletes’ Council as part of the continued development of the athletes’ representation system and the strengthening of dialogue with the sports community.
Oksana Livach has joined the NADC Athletes’ Council. She is a well-known Ukrainian athlete, medalist of World and European Championships in freestyle wrestling, and an Olympic Games participant, who has consistently adhered to the principles of fair play and the values of clean sport throughout her sporting career.

The change in the composition of the Athletes’ Council is related to the completion of Yuliia Tkach’s term of office. The National Anti-Doping Center expresses its sincere gratitude to Yuliia Tkach for her active participation in the work of the Athletes’ Council, her responsible position, and her contribution to the development of anti-doping initiatives and the protection of athletes’ rights.
The NADC Athletes’ Council is an advisory body that plays an important role in the development and implementation of anti-doping policy by ensuring that athletes’ perspectives are taken into account and by strengthening trust in the anti-doping system.
We also recall that the NADC recently announced changes to the composition of the Athletes’ Council and to the institution of the Anti-Doping Ombudsman: Oleksandr Abramenko joined the NADC Athletes’ Council and was also appointed as the Anti-Doping Ombudsman of the National Anti-Doping Center.
The NADC will continue to work towards the development of an open, inclusive, and effective system, with the athlete, their rights, and their right to fair and safe sport at its core.
Clean sport begins with trust and responsibility.
