On April 23, the National Anti-Doping Center conducted an online seminar for the Ukrainian Floorball Federation. The event brought together athletes, coaches, and federation representatives for an open and honest conversation on a vital topic — how to protect themselves and their sport from doping.

During the seminar, NADC experts provided in-depth information on:

• the key principles of anti-doping work;

• the testing procedure and athletes' rights during doping control;

• the risks of dietary supplements and how to avoid hidden dangers;

• the process of obtaining a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE);

• possible sanctions and how to prevent violations.

A special focus was placed on real-life cases — how one mistake can cost an athlete their career, and why even “ordinary” medications can have serious consequences.

Participants were actively engaged in discussions, asked questions, and learned where to turn in case of doubt.
