From July 1st to 3rd, a training seminar was held at the National academy of internal affairs for employees of the National anti-doping center, dedicated to the latest tactics and strategies for conducting interviews with witnesses and individuals involved in anti-doping rule violations.

"Anti-doping work is not just about planning and collecting doping samples or anti-doping education. It is systematic work aimed at investigating anti-doping rule violations and effectively working with individuals involved in these violations. The new and additional knowledge our employees will gain from this seminar will help them work more effectively in the result processing and investigation system and, overall, successfully combat anti-doping rule violations," emphasized the Director of the National anti-doping center, Serhii Popyk.

"Our academy always stands for law and justice. We are pleased to provide a platform for exchanging experiences and knowledge that will help in the fight against doping in sports. I am confident that this seminar will be an important step in this direction," noted Volodymyr Cherniey, the Rector of the National academy of internal affairs.

Seminar participants received practical knowledge and skills in interrogation tactics, methods of evidence collection, and the psychological aspects of interacting with witnesses and suspects. Professional lecturers shared best practices and the latest approaches that will enable anti-doping center employees to be more effective in their work.

The seminar was an important step towards further developing a strong national anti-doping system capable of effectively countering the use of prohibited substances and methods in sports.

Upon completion of the seminar, NADC employees received certificates confirming their new competencies.

The cooperation between the National academy of internal affairs and the National anti-doping center will continue to develop, contributing to the advancement of fair sports in Ukraine.
